Global Warming Solutions Act Campaign

During the Fall of 2007 HEAT rallied Northeastern students to support Senator Pacheco's Global Warming Solutions Act and have a stipulation added to the legislation banning the construction of new coal plants in Massachusetts. HEAT raised awareness by collecting photo petitions of students and faculty holding signs saying "No New Coal" and staging a Wind vs. Coal wrestling match on Krentzman Quad.
