Northeastern Dining Services
HEAT members have been working with Dining Services as part of the Food Advisory Committee (FAC) since the fall of 2007. The FAC allows students to provide feedback on existing programs and present new ideas in order to improve the dining facilities on campus. NU Dining Services is committed to making the changes necessary to "Go Green". Recent initiatives include switching over to biodegradable to-go containers and cups, and purchasing local and sustainably farmed foods whenever possible.
