Parcel 18

Parcel 18, the newest residence hall on Northeastern's campus, is currently being built and plans to open in September 2009. At twenty-one stories high with 1200 beds, seminar rooms and classrooms, lounge areas, laundry and exercise facilities, as well as a full service dining hall, it will be the largest residence hall on campus. Parcel 18 will be the first building on campus to be LEED Certified. HEAT is working with the Sustainability Committee to ensure that Parcel 18 receives at least Silver LEED Certification.
